Metering Services Northumbrian Water (NWL)
Based in the Northumbrian Water offices in Pity Me County Durham H2O install meters as part of NWL's Meter Option programme. H2O install internal meters only, external meters are installed by NWL's direct labour operatives.
The planning and administration function arrange all the customer appointments and schedule the work on a survey/fit basis. The contract is to install approximately 20,000 meters per annum.
