Billing File Validation

We have provided customer data survey and data collection services to a number of water companies.  An example of the data we collect include:

  • Incoming supply details
  • Meter details
  • Multi Occupancy details

 

Void Inspections

Our bespoke Void Management Database allows work to be issued on standard forms and planned geographically creating an efficient and cost effective service to our clients.  Surveyors carry out field visits to confirm the status of the property.

 

Revenue Generation

H2O have developed a range of services as a result of the challenges posed by the Industry regulators.

Commercial Metering  A project based  service to survey and install the correct size meters to commercial properties. The properties targeted are those where potential income gains are identified from analysis of the billing files.

Proactive Meter Exchanges Another project based service to identify and replace inaccurate / inappropriate meters in order to increase revenue.  Cost effective exchanges are identified through a process which combines current billing file data on existing meters with a database of meter performance against age and knowledge of meter installation costs.

 

Debt Recovery

We have a wealth of experience in this area which comes from employees who were responsible for the management and delivery of major Water Companies debt recovery service. We have a debt management, litigation and telephony infrastructure suited to recover high volumes of debt. We also have experience in managing a recovery field force as well as intimate knowledge of recovery practices within the highly regulated Water Industry.  We can also carry out commercial disconnections where appropriate.
