The Business Management System (BMS) is a robust system which sets standards and guiding protocols as to how we want to deliver our business and service delivery.
These systems have supported us in obtaining accreditation in key areas our business including:

- Health & Safety Management ISO 18001:1999
- Environmental Management ISO 14001:1996

We operate a web based intranet Business Management System (BMS) which acts as central repository for processes, procedures and documentation. All staff can have access to BMS at work and at home.
To support these we are also working towards Investors in People in 2008, to ensure alignment of business and cultural objectives. This will mirror the position with many of our sister organisations.
