H2O Water Services skilled Engineers will install a new 25mm-diameter MDPE supply pipe complete with a new stop tap and drain tap from the boundary of your property to the connection point inside your property.
Moling methods used to install service pipes from 25mm – 63mm. Also Directional Drilling and open cut main laying methods used for the installation of water mains from 63mm – 500mm. The benefit of these methods is the minimisation of reinstatement.
In the case of common supply pipes then H2O will return to site to perform the internal connection and then disconnect the branch from the common supply after the water company have connected the new supply. It is likely that you will see one or more of the following advantages once your new supply has been connected.

Common Supply Branch Disconnection
Many terraced properties and some semi-detached properties were originally supplied with water through a common supply pipe system. A common supply pipe is a pipe that transports water from the mains supply via one common stop tap to two or more properties.
Properties having changed from a common supply to a separate supply may still require the branch removing that originally connected to that property. H2O are able to trace, locate and remove the branch to meet current Water Authority regulations.
