What is RSS?

RSS stands for 'Really Simple Syndication' or 'Rich Site Summary' depending who you ask. It allows you to subscribe to a deicated feed of content from a site. This can then be viewed in your internet browser where you see the RSS icon .

Browser must be RSS compatible

Your browser will need to be able to subcribe to RSS feeds like IE7+ or Firefox 2.0+. If you have an earlier version you may need an external RSS feed reader like Atom.
